Is it correct, that the following features don't exist in the cms of vb4.0?
1.
The possibility to link to another cms-article directly (wiki-style, not with a http-link but an internal one which stays unchanged, if the article is moved to another place)
2.
The possibility to create an automatic table of contents (like mediawiki does)
