Urgent: How to change webmasters email?

I'm active one year, and just realised my contect form doesn't work - doesn't send me emails.. where do they go?

How can I change webmasters email, or the contact form email where the messages go?

Sorry, the email is set up on vB options, but, when someone send it to me, I never get that email, why?

I found the answer, it was mistake by hosting provider.
