last post??

When a member makes a new post and then goes in to check new post it dissapears, that member can not see it, but everyone can see it.

For example if I post and then press reply , then go into read...it should come up to the top of the list, but it does not, ??

I went to another site today and posted just to see what would happen and my post was at the top and they have VB 4 as well?

Change your forum thread markup to Cookie markup in vboptions > general settings > Thread/Forum Read Marking Type

Hello, I still do have a problem. Once we switched to Cookie based I did a post, and then went to new posts and I could see my post but I could only see 5 other post. Usually I have over 100.
Next I switched to “Database no marking” and my new post did no appear but I could still only see 5 posts.
Now I switched back to “Database with marking” and I still I can only see 11 posts now.
Is there someway to be able to see my new post and all the other posts?

go mark them all as unread they will be back, i think your only see ing the new posts since you changed cookies from thread data
