Is there a "who quoted me?" widget available for vb4?

I've seen vBulletin forums with a "who quoted me?" widget in the past. Just wondering if a widget is available for this? I had a look around but couldn't find one :(

That could work for now I guess... but I'd rather have it in the form of a notification or something. Anyone know if it's possible?
