brand new, one question about installing a mod!

so i'd like to use this mod for my vbulletin 3.8.4:

i'm pretty sure it's not working because i did not "install" it.

i'm not sure where i "click install", like he says at the end:

Please do not forget to click "Install""

i'm sure there is a simple explanation, please let me know!

Clicking Install in the thread just insures that you get any notices if the modification is upgraded, or has a security problem. It also will then show in your list of Installed Modifications (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/vborg_miscactions.php?do=showinstalled) so you can easily find it again. It has nothing to do with whether you installed it correctly on your website.
