Is there a mod that enables users to pay for view?

How to videos from youtube or internal videos, articles or other must be payd for before viewing?

You should be able to setup usergroups for this.
Paid members (via the vb 3.8+ subscription system) can become users of a new usergroup... the new usergroup would have the ability to download attachments (which would be your must-pay-for content) and other usergroups you'd set to not be able to download attachments.

I doubt you'd ever get a mod like this for youtube videos because those would always be free on youtube anyway.
