I cannot seem to locate the RSS feeds for new articles, new blogs, etc, etc in vB Publishing Suite. Does it not exist? Is there a way to make it exist if possible?
Thanks in advance.

What seems to be the problem exactly? I'm new with this software. The rss icons for new articles and new blogs were automatically there when I started everything up. They've worked fine for me in the two weeks my site has been live. Now, getting them to redirect to feedburner, that I can't figure out.

The RSS icons were not there when I started things up. So my question is, how do I get them to appear? I don't care to feedburn them. I just want them working on my site.

If you're still looking for this...
Settings>Options>External Data Provider

There is no option for External Data Provider. And yes I am still looking for this. :)

I don't know if I did something wrong when I set up the external data provider, link but they never showed up in the CMS for me, only on the forum threads.
I finally found this link https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost.php?p=1981095&postcount=8 and TADA!! I now have all the links I could ever want on my CMS. I even put the same code on the threads in forum (scroll up to the start of that link to see where & how) to get the same options on the forum. If vBulletin won't give me site-wide continuity I'll do it myself!!
edited to add the external data isn't the one you want:
admincp>settings>options>Thread Display Options (showthread)>Enable Social Bookmarking>click 'yes' and save
Then select the ones you want to have listed:
admincp>Social Bookmarking Manager>
You can Toggle Active Status for All, or select each one you want to be active. You add new bookmarks using button at the bottom of the box. There are a couple of links that I found very helpful finding links and icons: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...kmarking-Sites and https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=166332 .
Hope that helps!
