Change "blogs" Nav button to read as something else like "stories"

I would like to change the the nav "Blogs" button link to read as something else. I went into the template for the button, but I was not able to do anything more but erase the "blogs" completely. Any guidance would be appreciated.

but you need to be sure, you can actualy change all the words Blog to storys by useing the replacemnt variables heres a pic its in the styles section
