Trying to find a mod - need your help please

I've tried and tried searching, however come up with nothing.
The mid I'm looking for takes a link posted in your forum and pulls the header (title) info from the page and uses that as the link displayed, rather than the http://www.blahblahblahblah

For example:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Afh9gsV9tV4
shows up as:
YouTube - Underground Racing 250 MPH Twin-Turbo Lamborghini at the Texas Mile

once you submit the new thread.

Any help to the mod would be great.

vbseo can do that, Ive not seen any separate mod that does it.
