[Blog] How do I correct these permissions issues?

Right now unregistered users can view individual blog posts but they cannot view all of the blogs from a specific user. Example, they cant see all of the blogs posted by a user via http://www.mysite.com/blogs/users1

I can't figure out how to correct this and I really dislike vBulletin's permission system structure.
