Blog Roll

I'm sure there is an easy way to do this, but I'm just not seeing it. I'm new to the software. I'm using 4.03 Publisher and I'd like to add a blog roll to the front page with links to other sites my users would appreciate. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

So I had a similar thought and post this morning.... No answer yet, so that means that we will have to hard code it using html.

When you do, I would make sure that when you click on the link, you make it pop up into a new window/tab, otherwise they will leave your site.

Here is a sample of the code I used for spaceweather...
