Blogs doesnt work after 4.0 upgrade

i have seen this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function fetch_avatar_html() in /home/*****/public_html/includes/blog_functions_main.php on line 519

when i try to join my blog page.

What did you upgrade from ?

The 3.x blogs are not compatible with vb4.

You need the vB4 Suite which includes the blog for vB4
