Forumhome Suggestion box

i am tired of searching for this mod that i decided to write a request for it here

i am new so i dont know if this is the right place to post such thing , if it isn't pardon me,



anyway

i need a mod that displays a suggestion box in forumhome and all posts submitted are put as a reply to a certain thread or as a new thread in a certain forum,

is that even possible > i dont know :(
