Fluid & Fixed skins - What's the difference ??

Hi,

Still learning and will be for some time yet..... I'm looking at skins for my forum and I keep seeing "Fixed" and "Fluid" skins.... What do they mean and what is the difference ???

Fluid skins will stretch wider or thinner as you resize your browser window. A fixed skin will always be the same width, and a scroll bar will appear on the bottom of your browser if there is not enough room for it.
