Mod Exist? [[shows active member when a new post is made in subscribed thread]]

I'm looking for a modification for the vBulletin 3.x series. The modification is a installable product that notifies an active member when a new post has been made in one of his/her subscribed threads... Or even a modification that will show when a new post is made in a thread that an active member has just posted in. Like when 2 members post simultaneously - the modification will pop-up a message letting the member know that there's a new post in that thread.

Does this modification even exist? If yes - can someone please link to it.

Isn't an email sent if you want when a subscribed thread is updated? Can't you check to see which subscribed threads you've posted in have been updated via usercp.php?

Hmmm - I don't think emails are sent if you are active on the board - and yeah - I suppose you can always check via the UserCP interface - but I'm looking for a specific modification shared here. I believe I saw something similar once on vB.org and just cannot recalll what the modification is called :(

You get an email even if you're browsing the site. I actually had to disable email notifications for vBulletin.org/com a few years ago due to threads spamming my inbox since I was online.
