EVERY second post an ADVERTISEMENT?

I was wondering if anyone knew how I could go about making EVERY second post an Advertisement of my choosing. Is there a plugin/product to do this? Or does anyone have any idea of the kind of code it'd require? Thanks in advance!

This will be incredibly unfriendly to the user. Even to a guest...

To my knowledge, there is currently no product that offers this.

It wouldn't be easy. And I agree it would be so annoying everyone would just block the ads.
