Need some help modifying my theme. Not hard!

Hello guys.
I need some help to modify my theme.
I use DarkChrome [Fixed].

Red square:
As you see.. It's like it's either missing some of the images.. Or a image is up there.. What's wrong?

Yellow Square:
How do I remove this?

Purple square:
Is it possible to remove the "Advanced search" and instead of the search bar have button like the navigation buttons saying "Search" with a link to the advanced search?

Green square:
How do I change the color from blue? I guess it's in the CSS. But what do I have to search for?

It doesn't have to be a "Find this - Replace with"!
Locating what files I need to change is also a big help.

You removed the style it seems.

My guess is that it is just the template that you were using didn't have all the images.
I have had that happen before also.

As far as changing colors, if they are images you would have to create new images in the colors you want and upload them back into the template folder.
*edit I see that this board has a button though to change colors of the board at the bottom, so perhaps that is a plugin. (see layout options)

I am not a pro at this though.
