Sections CMS

Please I need help with sections CMS .

The steps that I follow are :

1)login to admincp

2)Click on the <vBulletin CMS> header

3)Click on the <Section Manager>

4)click on the <Add New Section> button

5)click save

but does not appear on CMS

Any ideas why?
