today i go to my mail and i see many of mails from my board !!

Uninstall ALL of your modifications and any files you may have uploaded for them. Be sure to revert ALL your templates. Also uninstall any non-default styles you may have.

After running a forum for a couple of years you may be ready to install some simple mods. One at a time.

Instead of uninstalling all your mods, try just disabling them and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Of course, the problem with this approach is that it will not disable any bad template edits you have done (or 'good' ones for that matter). And I don't think it will disable files you have uploaded.

If you disabled your plugins by the method above, and your portal was a modification, then it won't show up again until you turn your modifications back on.
