Where did the Forum Jump go?

Just like the bottom of this thread you can jump to other parts of the forum. I am not seeing it in VB4 but it's in VB3. Was it removed?

Nope it is in the settings/option in the admin panel.

Hey I just went through all the options, I am not seeing it. Where exactly is it?

Under General Settings I see "Use Quick Navigation Menu" and that is set to yes but I am not seeing it on the forum.

Not sure where it is as I can't seem to find it but it is there.
