What portal is that? If it the vbcms then it would be best to ask over at vb.com. If you are using another third party add-on, then it would be best to ask at its'' thread/forum.

P.s. A bit off topic, but you might want to upgrade tot he latest version, vb 4.0.3.. it is always best to keep up to dated with the latest versions, security wise.
