thread title in replies

I have switched Automatically Quote Post / Thread Title to "No"

1. I would like to remove the existing titles from all thread replies board wide.

2. I would like to change the reply box to the actual thread title and not allow a title change in replies or remove the title completely.

Go to your forum's AdminCP > Styles & templates > Search in templates

select the current style you're using and search for "postbit"

copy the whole code and post it here, I will edit the code for you.

And how you'll want it? ..
a) Even if the users choose a title for their replies when replying the reply title will always be the thread title.
b) Remove the reply title from the replies.

I would like the thread title to appear so the user knows what they are replying to but I don't want the title to appear in the post.

Controlling the title from the thread start is the goal.
