How do I allow members to use send attachments in their PMs please? I would like to add several, like here in vB.org. (Please see attachment below).

Try to look for a modification because as far as I know vB doesn't has the option to allow attachments on PM's.

I knew it existed, I had it on my old board:

Latest release I could find was 3.6, there's a 3.5 as well.
