IFrame tag doesn't work after 3.8.5 upgrade

Hi,

I have IFrame tag that was working before the upgrade to 3.8.5 from 3.8.2
Now i am getting this Error:

Not Found

The requested URL /forums/<a href= was not found on this server.
Apache/2.0.54 Server at...

Do you have any ideas?

yes, when i access the page directly i can see it.
