RSS feeds and server load

I've got a ton of feeds going and I was wondering what the best method for managing them would be so they don't strain the server too much. I've got the task set to run once a day at 4:00am but by default it runs them all at the same time.

Ideally I'd like to be able to run them all once a day but at different times so it's not a huge load all at once. Like 5 feeds at 8am, 5 feeds at 10am, 5 feeds at 12pm etc etc

Any ideas?

just edit your schedule task, and set it as u want

I understand that but you can't schedule them at different times...
