Skins without problems

OK, maybe too much to ask...

I have a site that I'd like to take live in 2 to 4 weeks and we've been plagued with problems from a skin suppier (paid). I am seriously considering starting over with a new skin. The issues mostly have to do with things breaking as the user resizes the browser window. Design elements pop out of place, extra gaps appear, etc. I can't go live with these issues. The vendor is working on the issues as time permits.

Where can I go to look for skins that are known to be solid in terms of functionality and well supported?

If you want to paid option you can post your requirement in the Request for Paid Services section

I can find skins partner...I can't find reputation or "maturity" .... that seems to be the problem.

Paid is fine with me. What I am after is functionality that will not introduce new bugs or issues. It's embarassing to go live and have your content break-up because of a skin that has issues.
