Disabling mods........ Needed Help

when i use this my forum is working n while using it i cant install new mods

now wats the solution that my forum should work and even i should be able to install new mods

The reason that line is there is because someone at some point was having trouble with one or more of the modifications you had installed. That line disables all of them.

You need to remove the line and figure out why it was added before you can go installing even more mods.
