Did you try looking at the page source on the page where you saw it? Did you try asking the admin of the site for the mod? I'd guess just a plugin is added that just hooks into the query to add a WHERE post.userid = thread.postuserid if the Show posts from thread starter is selected.

I know the HTML, I just need the code to make it work :)
