Ignore

My forum has a small but very focal group that ruins the experience for others, so they quit coming. Then they complain about lack of information (company forum). I am trying to to enable successful self policing, I would like to try an ignore counter. So when someone posts they would have "IGNORED BY ___ members" that along with the reputation might mean something.

Does anyone have something like this. I don't have the expertise to program this and our IT guys don't have time. Any help would be great!
