How do I add FB Page Link to Navbar?

I've searched for this and can only find it for 3.8.x. I want it for 4.02. It's just an image that says "Find us on Facebook." I want to add it to the top right of my navbar, by the Welcome, [username] section. Kind of like what the MOD for the older version already does. The user then just clicks on it and gets taken to the FB Fan Page.

Does anyone have instructions to do this?

Edit the header template. Not sure how it will behave but you might have to add another <li></li> and put the image link within that.
