Best video player for embedding in the cms page?

We don't want to use youtube or anything like that. We're looking for something we can host, something free or cheap with customizable skins.

You'll need a dedicated server (or maybe a VPS) to host your own videos, which is pretty expensive, so the cost of a player will be the least of your worries. But yes, there's one floating around here I think. Sorry, I don't use it so I don't remember where it is - somewhere in vb4 mods.
