Looks nice but why didn't you upload it here? I'm leary of getting taken off vb org to download something. Upload it here and I test it out.

The reason for the rule (if it still exists, I am not sure) was to ensure that the files that were being downloaded could be verified because they are on this site.

Allowing people to just link to off-site resources means there is no way to tell if there is anything malicious in a download.

*edit* Given that 100% of everyone else has no trouble uploading attachments to this site, there's either something wrong with your account, you're not doing it properly, or you have some other reason not to attach the files.
