Force users to "thank" a post.

Hello,

I'm currently looking for a modification that I've seen in other communities but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

What the modification does is that forces the user to "thank" ( using the Post Thank you hack ) the rules thread in order to be able to post, PM and take any action on the forum.

I've been searching for it a lot and as I said, I can't find it.

I would appreciate if someone could help me find this modification, I need it for vB 3.8.x.

There's the post thanks system, but there are no such hacks that force users to give thanks to a member. Who would want such a system? I'd leave any forum that had this imo.
