Social Groups, Albums in postbit?

I've searched, but can't find a mod out there for this...

If someone's in the social group "hats".. it'll state that in their postbit along with a link to the hats group..

Also, if they have uploaded pictures in their album it'll show a link to their album page...

Anyone know of anything like this?
