I've been using photopost for quite a while, and it would be a shame to lose all the photos and images from within photopost, but I have noticed that the VB gallery has been getting used much more then the photopost on my site.

Has anyone already made a photopost to VB import?

From what I can tell, no. I'm in need of something like this as well!

I know that The vB Geek has done it utilizing a script that he commissioned somebody to create for him. Outside of that, I'm not aware of anybody releasing such a conversion script.

I read on vb.com that the geek had one made but it was for the gallery one, not photopost pro.

It looks like there was heaps of people that really wanted this.

I'd be happy to just keep the photos, I wouldn't mind about the other stuff.

I'm going to take a crack at this over the weekend. Will post later if I make any progress.

Just did some research on it and it looks fairly straightforward. Will post later with progress. Oh . . . I'm doing this on vb4 btw.

Hi Guys I too am desperate for something like this. We have 27,000 images in PhotoPost Pro and I should be using VBgallery but was badly advised.
If it helps there already is a conversion program made by a volunteer at Photo Post. It does everything but stops short of importing members albums.
Obviously this is a copyrighted script and I guess cannot be used but I don't see any reason why it cannot be examined to see the file structure?
Anyway I have added it to this post.
Hope this is ok?
This converts Photopost Pro 7 to VBgallery 3.X

I just saw this post: http://balancedbraces.com/2010/07/04/importing-photopost-pro-photos-to-vbulletin-albums/#comment-361

Is is supposedly a photopost to vb importer, however it is a paid service, and I have no details on price and if it even works etc.

I am still very interested in this tho.
