Board running slow Help

Okay my board was running fine last night and I log in today and it's running slow and delayed. I'm not sure what I can do to try and speed it back up.

looks like a server issue

Try this....... Admin Control Panel > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Plugin/Hook System - set "off" and still your forum is slow then talk with your server people!
