Quick reply "moving"?

Is there anyway to disable this functionality, or alter it? All of our forum users are used to a quick reply at the bottom. It's fine that an editor shows up under a post, but not that it removes the one at the bottom.

Can we change this somehow?

I have no idea what you're talking about. You've installed some modification and it's changed the way your reply works? You should post in the mod's thread.

Never seen such a thing .. the quick reply is always under the bottom of the thread ... not at the bottom of a post.
