Hello, I am thinking to convert my IPB3 to vB4. I want to know if someone have done, or if I have to know something about the conversion. I think that is with Impex but I want to know what convert, the problems in the future...
Thanks!

This is best asked in the Import System forum on vBulletin.com.

I had someone do that previously for me with Impex, So I could move to MyBB a few weeks back and everything went fine.
I would suggest though running a few test imports, on your test board, prior to doing it live.
Cheers

Yes, I want to test, the problems is that to do the tests I have to upgrade and pay the vB license.

True the import can not be tested before purchase. But you can already read experiences from others on the vBulletin.com forums. Also you will be able to get (free) support if needed to finish an import (with the listed data).

I do conversions from IPB 3 to VB 4.02 all the time and never any problems,
you just have to update counters and remove old groups and there will be a few members who will have to reset their password, but in my experience most password hashes get converted without a problem.

Im trying to convert a semi large forum from IPB3 to VB4 everything seemed to have gone ok everything imported apart from attachments which i can compromise with.
But now im looking through the threads and the import has missed the :// part of urls just after the http, which means every smile, image and URL across 250k posts now do not show up.
Also avatars and signatures are not showing ?
Any ideas what it could be ?

Currently I use vBulletin4 my forum, but over the development appeared many bugs and very slow, which left me completely disappointed.
I'm thinking of replacing it by IPB3, but I still have doubts about plugins, styles and optimization.
I help to employees, if it is worth migrating to IPB3 or would be better to keep the version 2.3. Although the use Vbulletin for 4 years, I realized that their system no longer meets my needs.
Now I need a forum fast, clean code, no useless features, taking into account a great demand of users.
I have an average of 50,000 visitors per day and average of 3200 users with a fast-growing daily, 890,000 posts and 750,000 registered users.
In both versions which would be most appropriate?

If you are assking about IPB, then i suggest you ask on their forums, not on a vBulletin forum.
PS If you are currently running vBulletin, please update the license status of your user account.

VB 3.8 should meet your needs. It's far better than IPB IMO.
