Can i change the forumrow color of just one category and subforums

Is it possible to change the forumrow background color of just one category (parent) with subboards (childs)

I want to mark the premium member area differently from the other forums by changing the colors.

Sure. Use CSS and use the id for that forum row. Each is unique, so you can apply whatever CSS you want.
