importing .avi, .wmv etc

If I have a .avi or .wmv and i want to import into a message, how do I do that ? is there a mod/add on for it ?

I have searched with no luck :\

Just add it as an attachment type in the attachments part of your admincp.

it looks like it deleted my admin cp when i uploaded AME CP ?? does that make sense

No, not in the vB options. On the left, there should be a section for Attachments.
How the hell can the AME delete your acp??
