Token Error?

A couple of my members keep getting a Token Error:

vBulletin Message
Your submission could not be processed because the token has expired.

Please push the back button and reload the previous window.

All he is trying to do is copy and paste about 10 lines of text from notpad.

I came looking for this too: 1 user is getting "your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid. Inform administrator." when trying to PM or email.
