On my forum we get white paged (time out) after trying to upload an avatar. We can't change any avatars.
Running 3.6
How can I fix this?

Might want to upgrade to 3.8.5.
Also, ask your users to log out, clear cookies/cache and log back in again

no that wont help at all and i tried. we tried all that (besides the upgrade that I don't know how to do)

any other idea's?
