Is there a mod that doesent let the users download an atachement from the forum untill they pay trow paypal?

Yes, create a sub usergroup and then only allow that group download access to a particular forum. Then under subscriptions have that group added once they pay.

thanks for the sugestion but y mean that y put a button in the thread and after they pay by that to be able to download the attachemet.
