Adding Links to the Nav Bar

Can someone tell me how to do this? Also, when I try to search for the such things on this forum in case it has been covered, it will not search - just complains that my search is less than 3 words long regardless of the number of words.

I didn't have any problems finding several threads about this
try searching "links navbar" title only, and in the vb 4 section

there are a few mods/articles on adding new links
