Anyone had a rash of complaints of password resets not working?

On some of my sites we've noticed a trend. We've had a few users that have said all of the sudden they were unable to log in. When they did the password reset procedure they get the password and try to login with it and that doesn't work either.

We've made no changes on these sites and it's something that just came up out of the blue, anyone else seen this? Any idea what's going on?

No, sites are running perfectly in every other aspect, no problems at all.

No such problem here ... very odd .. why should the passwords not reset ? Could be due to some updates that you did.

I just helped troubleshoot it with a user, a new browser worked and once he cleared his cookies his old browser worked. So seems to be a cookie issue of some sort.
