Content per page

Is it possible to have more than 20 articles of content per page when building sections?

I have a directory type list grouped by US states, and I would like to feature all 50 articles of content when clicked from the sections list on the home page.

Is there any way to allow 50 articles rather than 20 that the CMS is currently only allowing?

Here's the exact message I get when trying to increase the number to 50.

You can only assign up to 20 items to a section home page. Please choose a lower number.

Does anyone know if it's possible to increase this number?

Just tested it, I also failed. But not the exact message.

I figured out a solution by using the pagination option when entering the section. Turned it on, and it paginates. Very nice.
