Can someone help me identify the theme on electro-tech-online?

I really like this theme right here. It's got a pretty intuitive menu and the navigation tab seems very easy to use as well. Please help me identify this. If you know of any other themes that are similar please let me know. Thanks!

I have seen many styles and been on many paid style sites and never seen that style so in my opinion it's completely custom.
