style not working

I uploaded the style and transfered the files via ftp. But it still looks like this:

Most probably you have uploaded the images to the wrong folder.

You may need to upload refineblue folder to the root.

I have uploaded the folder refine blue, with all the items in it (misc, avatars, buttons) to the forum root (public html> forum) Still no result

p.s. what do you do with the PSD?

PSD files are just copies of the images so you can create your own. You don't need them on the server.

And, all images belong in the images directory.

I dont understand whats going on since Ive done it many times with other styles before. but all the ones ive tried lately do not show the buttons when i do it or glitch up.
i have 3.8.4 patch 2
i have tried bingo, refine blue, and others. they all do not work somehow. i think its the styles. they probably are bad. wat do u guys think
