Hey everyone

when i tried to install a new arcade game on my board today

this error message always comes up

/home/saucerfo/public_html/testings/arcade/tmp is write-protected. Please change CHMOD to 0777 via FTP.

I changed the permission to 0777 but that error message always comes up

so how can i fix it then

Change it to 777, close the FTP program. Reopen and verify it is actually 777.

If it isn't changing, try a different FTP Program or use the file system that comes with your host (if your on a shared host).

I tried using a different ftp program and the permission are still the same on different ftp programs

so what else could be wrong then

Bryan, help for modifications is given in the modification thread, not our here in the main forums. Please note that if a modification/style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it.
