Hey,
For some strange reason, when anyone 'Marks all forums read' it comes up with this message:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

(vB 3.8.5)

Never used to happen, but now all of a sudden is.

Do you revert a FORUM HOME Template? See instrutions.

Oh yeah that might be why. I have just upgraded to 3.8.5 from 3.8.4 and didn't revert templates. Just ignored them.
Should I revert FORUMHOME then?

I am also having this problem. I just upgraded to 3.8.5 from 3.8.4, and have reverted all templates. The odd part is that I'm not getting the error, but several other users are. Any ideas?

I am also receiving this error message when using the "Quick Links -- Mark all read" but have not customised the FORUMHOME Template.

Can anyone help?

The only section of code that i see is different in the showthread.php file is:

Do I have to do anything else?

Why you editing the php files??
Just edit the templates in AdminCP -> Styles + Templates

I'm not editing the php files, I've not done anything as yet. The thread makes no mention of anything other than uploading the showthread.php file. So I assumed that was the change needed.

If you have already upgraded to 3.8.5, you can upload the attached showthread.php file for the fix. This is the only file that was changed.

That has got nothing to do with mark forums read. The updated showthread.php file is for the thread rate bug.

You need to follow the instructions in my sticky on vBulletin.com's 3.8 support section, entitled "3.8.5 Marks Read Script Useless"
